Deep in the heart of the ancient Aztec empire, an artifact was created unlike anything ever forged by human hands: the sacred Sunstone.
The Aztec high priests knew its secret had to be protected at all costs. For within the Sunstone rests Quetzal, the Feathered Guardian of Light — a being said in old legends to bring balance back to the world upon awakening.
To protect Quetzal, the priests sealed the Sunstone with a complex system of mechanisms, symbols, and hidden trials. Since then, no one has ever reached the heart of the artifact.
The legend tells of one person who may succeed — someone with courage, sharp wit, and unwavering patience to unlock the Sunstone and set Quetzal free.
Now the Sunstone lies before you.
